Esthetic Electrolysis Canada (3077373 Canada Inc) (EEC), operates the website EEC (The « Site »). This contract is a legal agreement between the user and EEC site.

Please read the following before any navigation in our Site. As you navigate through the Site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our contract. Weather it is for a long or short period of time. Once you have read and understood these conditions, if you do not wish to continue by any of these terms of use, you cannot use or order products through EEC. If you do not wish to be associated with this contract you cannot shop on the Site. The terms and conditions of this contract may change at any time and will come into force automatically.

EEC does not makes any representation to the effect that the site’s elements can be used in other places from Canada and it is forbidden to access the Site from territories where the legislation prescribe the content or the use of Site is illegal. Those who choose to use the Site do so on their own terms and are responsible for complying with all the applicable local laws.

Any claims regarding the Site and the elements it contains, or of that may escalate from the use of the Site is governed by the laws that are applied in the territory of the state of Quebec.

Restrictions relevant to usage

Unless it is otherwise specified in either section of the Site, any part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any way what so ever without the prior permission written by EEC or the copyright owner. You are permitted to display or download Site elements, but only for non-commercial purposes and provided that you do not modify these elements, and you retain all intellectual property notices that they contain. Any unauthorized usage of such content may expose you responsible and/or criminal action.

The trademarks and logos used or displayed on the Site are trademarks. Registered or not by EEC and/or its partners and affiliates and/or third parties. Nothing on the Site shall be interpreted and allow, directly or indirectly, the use of a trademark reproduced on the Site without the prior written permission of the owner of such trademark.

Limitations and Responsibilities

EEC is not responsible for any damages, including compensatory, direct or indirect and or any other damages of that nature whatsoever which may cause the users or any other person or by any technical equipment technological either on the Site or human error which may occur at any stage whatsoever. Technical problems malfunctions of the electronic network, communication network, online computer systems, servers, computer equipment, software, data communications or other technical problems or traffic congestion on the website and others.

Reviews and Comments 

You can rate and comment on products offered on EEC. Prior to publication, these comments are reviewed by a mediator who will check among other things that the content is not illegal, threatening, offensive, pornographic, does not violate privacy, does not violate the intellectual property rights and without prejudice to others wrong. It is not to introduce computer virus, nor contain political speeches, commercial socialize, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. The mediator reserves the right not to post a comment for any reason whatsoever (including the reasons set out above); it may have to revise the content of the comment for grammar or spelling reasons. He/she will endeavor not to alter the meaning of the comment.

Critics, opinions and comments expressed are the sole responsibility of their author(s) and do not necessarily reflect those of EEC.

Your Account 

If you are registered to our site, you are responsible in the confidentiality of your identity, your account and password. You are responsible for the limited access to your computer and agreeing to take on the responsibility for transactions in your account using your password. In the event that the confidentiality of such information would be compromised, please notify our department as soon as possible to prevent any fraudulent use of your identity. EEC will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-respected security measures set out in this section.

Applicable right

This present contract on the conditions of this service is governed by the applicable laws in the state of Quebec. You hereby acknowledge that any dispute arising out of or related to use of services and EEC site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the district courts of Laval, province of Quebec.

Unless otherwise specified in any of the sections of the Site, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any way whatsoever, without permission prior written EEC. You are permitted to view or download the elements of the Site, but only for non-commercial purposes and provided you that you do not modify these elements and you retain all intellectual property notices they contain. Any unauthorized use of such content may expose you to a prosecution civil and/or criminal.

 Limitation of Liability

EEC and the elements it contains are provided without any warranty, express or implied. Subject to any public legislation to the contrary, EEC accepts no liability and makes no warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or condition for a particular purpose. In addition EEC makes no representation regarding the use to download, validity, accuracy or reliability of the elements reproduced on EEC or the results from the use of such elements. Although EEC will do everything possible to not have any error’s, EEC disclaims all responsibility for any declines all responsibility relative at all errors that could be put on EEC site. The related companies, officers, employees, representatives, subsidiaries and/or agents will not be liable for any damages directly or indirectly to the use of EEC, including the loss of data or profits arising out of the EEC elements or inability to use such items.

In the event where EEC's responsibility would be hold against them, it will be limited to an amount equivalent to the price and the money you paid for the products returned. Nothing in this section has the effect of the public law. You may have as a consumer under the laws of public order that may be applicable in your case.

Majors forces

EEC is not responsible for any setbacks in general of any one of its obligations to you,  for any damages or loss in a whole or in part, any one of its obligations to you, nor for any damage or loss you may experience if of a non-performance, damages or losses result from a majeure force that is pout of our control or of any other circumstances.
