In collaboration with Beanstream and PayPal, we assure you that your credit card information will be transmitted in a secure environment only for the purpose of your transaction.
PROTECTING YOUR CREDIT CARD
All credit card transactions are secure and use 256-bit SSL encryption. As a result, only our banking partner has access to the confidential and personal data related to your transaction. Your credit card information is transmitted to Beanstream or PayPal servers, depending on your choice. It is broken down into a format that is understandable to banking terminals and then transmitted to the bank via the Internet. Once received by the bank, the information travels through the banking network. The EEC account is credited, the customer's credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to the Beanstream servers. A receipt is then issued and transmitted to the customer's web browser, and an order notification is emailed to the merchant. All of this takes less than 30 seconds. Personal information collected during your visit to the site is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.

AMAZON Identifiable INFORMATION
In order to ship Amazon order we request PII from Amazon so we can ship accurately to the end consumer, however the PII is only kept for 30 days and data is encrypted and protected from public and external access.

EEC does not disclose our users' personal information to other companies. When we use a trusted third party to act on our behalf to perform tasks such as order processing, package delivery, credit card payment processing, or customer service, we ensure through contractual agreements or other appropriate means that such third parties comply with this policy and all applicable privacy laws.
MARKETING ACTIVITIES (CONTESTS, PROMOTIONS AND SURVEYS)
From time to time, we conduct contests, promotions and surveys. If you enter, you will be asked to provide contact information and other optional information (for example, product preferences). The information you provide on entries will be used to contact you if you win. We may also compile survey information in a manner that does not identify contest participants, but we do not disclose personal information from entries. All contests are subject to the rules available for each contest.
