Basic Cleaning of the Milling Machine Handle

Estimated Duration: Up to 30 minutes

Inspection of 9 Points:

• Motor: Check and clean the motor of your device to ensure it operates correctly. Listen for any unusual noises that might indicate a problem with the motor.


• Brushes: Inspect brushes for signs of wear; free replacement if necessary.


• Bearings: Check bearings and inspect for signs of wear; cleaning and basic lubrication as needed.


• Locking Mechanism: Check the mechanism and inspect for signs of wear; cleaning and basic lubrication as needed.


• Basic Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning with an air machine to remove as much dust as possible from inside the device.


• Lubrication as Needed: Lubricate all parts that require it.


• Connector Cleaning as Needed: Clean connectors of rust, corrosion, and verdigris.


• Complete Realignment as Needed: Realign parts if necessary.


• Cables and Power Cords: Check cables and power cords to ensure they are not damaged.

Included: Up to 35 minutes of time if parts need to be replaced; minor parts replacement (value less than CAD 5.00) is included.

Service Does Not Include:
