Limitation of liability
EEC is in no way responsible for any damages, including compensatory, direct or indirect, or any other damages of any kind that may be caused to users or any other person or entity, by any technical or technological equipment on EEC's site or by any human or technical error that may occur at any stage, technical problems or failures of the electronic or communications network, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, data transmissions or any other technical problems or traffic congestion on the website or otherwise.
Reviews and comments
You can rate and comment on products offered on EEC. Before being published, these comments are checked by a moderator who will verify, among other things, that their content is not illegal, threatening, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, prejudicial to third parties or otherwise objectionable, and does not consist of the introduction of computer viruses, political speech, commercial solicitation, chain letters, direct mail or any form of spamming. The moderator reserves the right not to publish a comment for any reason whatsoever (including the reasons set out above); he or she may review the content of the comment for grammatical or spelling reasons; he or she will endeavor not to alter the meaning of the comment.

Applicable law
This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec. You hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of EEC's services and site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Laval, province of Quebec.

Major force
EEC shall not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations to you, nor for any damages or losses you may suffer, if such non-performance, damages or losses result from an event of force majeure or a circumstance beyond its control.
