Their mission is to give a voice and develop the power to act of the children and adolescents of the DPJ. Through their activities, GYMNO tries to alleviate the conditions faced by youth with learning disabilities by offering activities adapted to their needs in order to foster their development and self-esteem. In Quebec, 1.6% of children are born with the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and there is very little help for families who experience significant challenges on a daily basis.
